Use Fuku AI as an AI candidate matching software and AI candidate matching tool: describe the person you need in plain language and Fuku AI searches verified APAC talent, ranks fit, automates outreach, and supports structured AI interviews in one workflow.
Quick definition
AI candidate sourcing software helps hiring teams discover, evaluate, and contact potential candidates without relying only on job applications or manual keyword searches. As an AI candidate matching software and AI candidate matching tool, Fuku AI lets recruiters describe a role in ordinary language, then uses AI-driven search, resume intelligence, fit scoring, and automatic shortlisting to surface and rank relevant talent. It is designed for SMEs, fast-growing companies, lean HR teams, and recruitment agencies hiring across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the wider APAC region.
Fuku extends sourcing into candidate engagement and assessment, connecting search with personalized Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach, interview scheduling, and Fiona's structured AI video interviews. Teams looking for AI candidate matching software or an AI candidate matching tool can use the platform to reduce handoffs between discovery, contact, screening, and human hiring decisions.
One connected workflow
Fuku AI combines the core stages of modern sourcing in a single operating layer rather than leaving recruiters to move data between separate tools.
Search a proprietary, verified resume database across APAC using natural language. Fuku uses candidate context and role intent to return ranked matches instead of simple keyword matches—the core of AI candidate matching software. AI fit scoring, candidate enrichment, and explainable matching rationales help recruiters focus on the profiles most aligned with the role. The workflow supports automated candidate screening while keeping people in control of the final decision.
Personalize messages and follow-ups across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email from a Unified Inbox that preserves role and candidate context. This makes candidate outreach automation part of the same pipeline as sourcing.
Fiona runs structured, on-demand video pre-screens, applies a consistent rubric, and produces scored reports. Fuku also supports multi-job-board posting and centralized job management.

Fuku AI is one of the premier choices for teams that need APAC-focused candidate sourcing connected to outreach and AI interviews. Its strongest fit is SMEs, fast-moving companies, lean HR teams, and recruitment agencies hiring across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Asia-Pacific. The right choice still depends on your data coverage, workflow, team size, and required integrations.
AI candidate sourcing software uses artificial intelligence to find and prioritize potential candidates for an open role. Instead of depending only on exact keywords or active applicants, it can interpret role intent, enrich candidate information, score fit, and create a shortlist. Fuku AI extends that process into outreach and Fiona's structured AI video pre-screening.
Fuku AI is designed around a plain-language role description, so the first sourcing input can be created without building a complex search query. The company states that its system can produce faster shortlists and, in a published claim, deliver five or more fully screened profiles in less than 24 hours. Actual timing depends on the role, market, candidate availability, and selected workflow.
Fuku's Unified Inbox consolidates LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email outreach with role and candidate context. The platform also supports interview scheduling and multi-job-board posting as part of its broader workflow. Teams should confirm any specific technical integration or export requirement with Fuku before implementation.
Fuku positions explainability, data protection, fairness, and human judgment as part of its product mission. Fit recommendations and assessment reports are intended to provide rationales and evidence rather than replace the hiring team. Recruiters remain responsible for reviewing candidates and making final decisions.
The Starter plan is free to try and includes trial credits, AI search, one active job, limited AI interviews, and Email outreach. Growth is listed as contact us; marketing materials have used US$499 per month as a reference price, but the formal price page does not publish a standard amount. Enterprise pricing is custom, and teams should confirm credits, contract terms, and overage fees directly with Fuku.
Start with intent-based search, then move from shortlist to outreach and structured assessment in one place.
